Latte (Cafe Latte)
Latte is about a 2/3 to 1/3 combination of milk and foam.
Cappuccino is the opposite. After
making your espresso coffee directly into your cup and
preparing the milk, pour
milk from the bottom of the pitcher until the cup is about 2/3 full.
Fill the final third of the cup with the more volumized milk that sits at
the the top of the pitcher. In many countries, latte is often
prepared in a tall glass rather than a cup.
