Mum wanted to get the Kenyan Coffee with milk, but was advised against it by a friendly waiter. He described the Kenyan as high acidity, and "lemony". So I ordered that as a long black instead. When he came back for my cup, he asked if I thought it was lemony. I didn't, but nodded slightly in indifference :P
Acidic, sure, but lemony? The fragrance of the Kenyan was very nice though!
This single origin coffee is getting a bit too posh for me. Soon we'll be having coffee gathered by civet cats and digested by their intestines. oh wait...
Mum got the house blend, better for a flat white, which she thought was lovely.
Still love the dumpster-chic decor and buzzy atmostphere, and the food and coffee was better today!
The long queue (15 minute wait) was a bit annoying though, especially when I was hungry!

This album was a shoot i did at Millcreek Coffee Roasters in Salt Lake City. Haylee and Jon made my job very very easy, They where naturals. Most shots where taken with an on camera flash (580 exII) and a simple white reflector. Close ups where taken with 50mm 1.4f and all other shots done with 18-55mm.

This is a cup of coffee served at Shosh Cafe in Jerusalem this morning. It says "boker tov," which means good morning in Hebrew. Love it!
